grateful to have a wife who feeds me well
The exercise is becoming easier, but I still continue to want to eat pizza, ice cream and other foods, Cressent won't buy. I am thankful that we area team. We always have been a good team and this challenge has made us stronger. I am game for trying most of the things she prepares, but I am NOT drinking a green smoothie. I will eat my greens on a plate thank you.

Getting into my zone
Starting to develop better eating habits, but don't tell my wife. I can't believe how much soda I used to drink. Also, I find myself excited to go to the gym. I guess I will have more time to work out since BYU lost tonight.

Starting to get a regular routine
I can honestly say I have developed a regular routine. It has not been easy and sometimes I feel like, "Oh, missing one night at the gym won't hurt." But I am smarter than that. I want good numbers I want to be healthier and play more team sports. To sum it up. Things are going good.

First visit to the gym
Had my first visit to the gym yesterday. I'll be honest, I thought it would be easier than it was. I'm confident things will get better and am excited to learn from our trainer.
